Applications are submitted online, links can be found on the specific property as well as links sent out after inspections.

Applications can take sometime for all documents and references to be to be received, so the more information you can provide the better. Then these are sorted and submitted to the owner for acceptance. This can take 24-48 hours depending on how many applications are received. However this process can take a little longer but you can contact our office at anytime to get an update.

You could move in 1-2 days or 1-2 weeks depending on your circumstances or if any repairs need to be carried out.

The bond in NSW for unfurnished and furnished properties is the equivalent of four weeks rent. For example, if the rent is $500.00 per week, then the bond would be $2,000.00. This is lodged with the Rental Bonds Board online and not held by our office.

Most rental properties will require the tenant to set up their own electricity and gas account with their own provider, unless specified otherwise. The internet and phone line is also the responsibility of the tenant to organise. However, in NSW, a tenant can only be asked to pay water usage charges if the property is separately metered (or water is delivered by vehicle), and the charges are not more than the amount the landlord is billed for by the water supplier, and the property meets the ‘water efficiency’ standards.
