How do I rent out my property?

Are you considering leasing out your property but you’re not sure how much it’s worth? Our team are happy to visit or discuss over the phone our appraisal process to help you determine a rental price for your property

Step 1 | Contact us

Our agent will come to your property to assess its condition, location and amenities. They will also consider market trends and recent sales of similar properties in your area. They will then provide you with a detailed report that includes a fair market value for your property.

Step 2 | Review the appraisal report

Once you receive the appraisal report, it’s important to review it carefully. The report will include information about the condition of your property, recommended repairs, and overall property value.

Step 3 | Set a rental price

Using the information in the appraisal report, you can set a rental price that reflects the fair market value of your property. You may also want to compare your rental price to similar properties in the area to ensure you’re pricing your property competitively.

Step 4 | List your property

Once you’ve determined a fair rental price for your property, it’s time to list. You can use a variety of online platforms to list your property, including real estate websites. Be sure to include all the relevant information about your property, including its location, amenities and rental price. You may also want to include photos or virtual tours to help potential tenants get a better sense of your property. We can help you arrange these.
